Cloud Server Management

Built on Real Experience

We started centhalivoxa in 2019 because we kept seeing the same problem. Businesses would invest in cloud infrastructure, then struggle to keep it running smoothly. Server crashes at 2am. Security patches piling up. Performance gradually degrading until someone noticed.

Our founder, Jasper Thornhill, spent years managing infrastructure for companies across Sydney. He'd watch teams scramble when things went wrong—because they didn't have the expertise in-house to prevent problems before they happened.

That's what we built centhalivoxa to solve. Not flashy promises about revolutionary technology. Just solid, dependable server management that keeps your infrastructure running while you focus on your actual business.

What Actually Matters to Us

These aren't aspirational corporate values. They're the principles we use every day when making decisions about client infrastructure.

01

Honest Communication

When something breaks, we tell you immediately. When we make a mistake, we own it. No sugarcoating, no excuses. You deserve to know exactly what's happening with your infrastructure.

02

Technical Depth

We don't just restart servers and hope for the best. Our team digs into root causes, understands your specific setup, and implements solutions that actually address underlying issues.

03

Long-Term Thinking

Quick fixes create bigger problems down the line. We build infrastructure management strategies that scale with your business and prevent recurring issues rather than just treating symptoms.

How We Got Here

March 2019

Started with Five Clients

Jasper left his corporate role and signed up five Sydney businesses who needed someone to actually watch their servers instead of just billing them monthly. Built our monitoring systems from scratch.

November 2020

Survived the Growth Phase

Hit 30 clients and nearly collapsed under the workload. Hired our first two team members—Freya Blackwood and Niamh Caldwell—both experienced sysadmins who understood the importance of documentation.

February 2023

Rebuilt Everything Better

Took what we learned from four years of real incidents and redesigned our entire approach. Created standardized runbooks, improved our alert systems, and built better client communication protocols.

August 2019

First Major Incident

One client's database server crashed during peak hours. We recovered everything within 40 minutes, but it taught us the value of proactive monitoring. Started building automated health checks immediately after.

June 2022

Expanded Technical Capabilities

Added Lachlan Byrne to handle security patching and compliance work. Started offering more comprehensive infrastructure audits based on what clients actually needed, not what was trendy.

January 2025

Where We Are Now

Managing infrastructure for 85 Australian businesses. Still answering our phones at 2am when alerts fire. Still learning from every incident. Check our technical requirements to see if we're the right fit.

Let's Talk About Your Infrastructure

We work with businesses across Australia who need reliable server management without the corporate runaround. If you're tired of vendors who disappear when problems happen, we should talk.
